Accommodation
The facilities in your private villa are available for your use, please make sure all villa belongings remain in the same conditions as the day you arrived. Please note, failure to observe this will result in management charging the cost of lost or damages to your account.
Drinking Water
For your safety, please drink only the purified water provided. We offer a complimentary gallon of mineral water, which will be replenished free of charge.
Safety Box
An electronic safety box is located in the wardrobe for your convenience. Amore Villas is not liable for any loss of valuables; we strongly advise using the safe at all times. Please remember to leave the safety box open upon your departure.
Satellite TV
Your villa features a full range of international satellite channels. Please note that intermittent signal loss can occasionally occur but is typically restored within 10 minutes.

Your villa features a private swimming pool with a depth of 1.6 meters. For your safety, please supervise children at all times as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Internet & WiFi Connection
Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the resort. As with any tropical location, signal strength can be affected by weather and building materials. For the best connection in the bedroom, we recommend keeping the door open.
Electricity
The electrical supply in the villa operates on 220V. A power adapter is provided in the bathroom for your convenience. Please note that Bali can experience brief power outages, though these are typically resolved within 1-2 hours. A flashlight is located in your wardrobe for emergency use. For any electrical inquiries, please contact the villa attendant.
Mosquitoes & Insects
As Bali is a tropical island, insects are a natural part of the environment. To ensure your comfort, we provide electric mosquito repellents and coils in each villa. For additional protection, we highly recommend using a personal repellent lotion when exploring the island. Our team conducts weekly pest control; we will inform you in advance of any scheduled fogging.
Currency
The local currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rates fluctuate daily. When exchanging money, we advise counting your funds carefully before leaving the counter to ensure you have received the correct amount.
Tours & Transportation
Discover the wonders of Bali with our curated tours and excursions. We can also arrange car rentals for your convenience. Please see the Transport Service menu or speak with the Villa Manager for more details and to make arrangements.
Tipping
Tipping is a gracious way to show appreciation for excellent service. If you wish to tip the villa staff, a guideline is $2 to $5 per person, per day. For transparency, please give the total amount to the Villa Manager in the presence of another staff member upon your departure.
Visitors & Overnight Guests
For the security and privacy of all our guests, please note the following policy for whole villa rentals: Day visitors are permitted until 10:00 PM. Any guest remaining after 10:00 PM will be considered an overnight guest and subject to an extra person charge of USD $50 per night (excluding 21% tax and service charge). For shared bedroom rentals, no visitors are permitted.
